Martini 15

The Lodi-Corvetto district, where the residential building is located, is suspended between its small village past and a future full of green projects.

In recent years, it has seen a flurry of renovations, thanks also to the buzzing  nearby district of Scalo Romana, protagonist of large projects such as the Prada Foundation and the future redevelopment of the railway yard.

Client: Gran Martini S.R.L

Project: Place Milano

Intervention Date: 2020-21

Location: Milano

14 UNITA’ IMMOBILIARI

The area is multicultural and lively, yet still maintains a pleasant neighbourly feel, thanks in no small part to the presence of many green areas. The neighbourhood is well connected by public transport and is also located both close to the motorway junction and the Rogoredo railway station.

The building will undergo a full renovation to include all floors and a complete loft conversion in the attic. On the ground floor, the entrance to the apartments is moved to the second frontage, thus allowing access to the restaurant, which presently occupies much of the aforementioned floor. There are four units per floor, excluding the attic where there will be three units, all equipped with inset roof terraces. The individual apartments’ sizes vary, all ideal for a young buyer target.
