The challenge was to revive a building in the historic Milan Exhibition Center neighbourhood, albeit within the modern architectural compositions of the new City Life development; the context is characterised by obvious avant-garde elements and a strong technological impact.
The renovation of Via Prati 6 does not want to be outdone by its surroundings and thus the restyling of the entire building involves high-performance choices in both construction and technology.

The apartments in Via Prati 6 stand out by embracing many different needs: in the smaller size units, as much as in the larger ones, the constant search for a functional environment and the care and attention to detail, define spaces which are both thoroughly modern and carefully sophisticated.
