Via Sirtori is found in the Porta Venezia neighborhood, a centrally located area, well connected to the rest of the city. In addition to the various buses and tramlines, there are two underground stations: Porta Venezia and Palestro, both located on the M1 line, and the Milan Porta Venezia railway station.
The area is considered a green haven for Milan, thanks to the presence of the Indro Montanelli Public Gardens, whilst retaining important cultural elements.
Porta Venezia is a renowned shopping district but, above all, alive with an eclectic mix of bars and restaurants.
The project involved the entire building by completely renovating six apartments spread over three floors and creating a large space in the basement for laboratory use. The building overlooks Via Sirtori on one side, an internal courtyard on the other and, thanks to this type of intervention, a garden created in the large internal atrium.
The apartments have a modern look and are enhanced by the choice of exclusive materials and finishes. The innovative design embraces all housing needs and defines functional spaces: the perfect mix for this particular architectural choice. .
